‎Scott Edwards Becomes New Nokia Federal Solutions CFO

According to a new report, Nokia Federal Solutions has named Scott Edwards, a senior finance executive, as their new chief financial officer.

‎In this role, Edwards will be in charge of managing the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations to support its growth plans.

‎”Scott’s strong background in financial leadership and his experience in handling large, complex operations make him a valuable addition to our leadership team,” said Mike Loomis, CEO of Nokia Federal Solutions, in a statement shared on Thursday.

‎”He brings important knowledge and experience that will help us continue to offer safe and innovative solutions to our U.S. federal customers,” Loomis added. He is also a recipient of the 2025 Wash100 award.

‎Edwards has more than twenty years of experience in financial leadership, mainly in the aerospace and defense industry.

‎Most recently, he worked as division CFO and senior director at Northrop Grumman, where he managed a portfolio worth between $2 to $3 billion.

‎His work focused on providing weapons command and control, modernization, and integration services to both U.S. and international clients. He has also led finance efforts in mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, and enterprise services.

‎Edwards graduated from James Madison University and also earned an accounting certificate from George Mason University.
