Ibas Swear In 23 Local Government Chairmen

Rivers State Administrator, Vice Admiral (Rtd) Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas, has urged newly elected chairmen of the twenty-three local government areas to embrace transparency, accountability and reform-driven leadership at their various councils.
