TikTok Star Peller Allegedly Kidnapped During Livestream

Popular Nigerian TikTok streamer and content creator Habeeb Hamzat, widely known as Peller, was allegedly abducted by unknown gunmen during a live broadcast on Wednesday, August 27, sparking widespread panic and confusion online.

In clips circulating on social media, Peller could be heard confronting the armed men, saying:

“You dey carry gun, Ogun wan kill you? Calm down jor. Na who you come dey point gun for?”

One of the gunmen responded aggressively, escalating the tension. Background voices in the video suggest a physical struggle ensued, and moments later, someone at the scene announced that Peller had been taken to an unknown location.

The gunmen’s faces were not visible in the footage, and the exact circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. While some viewers believe the event may have been staged as a skit, others have expressed serious concern for Peller’s safety.

According to reports, Peller was returning from a restaurant when the incident occurred. His car was later found abandoned, and close associates have confirmed that he has not been seen since.

As of Thursday morning, no official statement has been released by the police or any security agency regarding the alleged abduction.
