Trump Mobile is unable to settle on a single design for its highly publicized phone, which is scheduled to debut in the US next month.
Following a recent display of a golden imitation of the iPhone, the company is now showcasing a completely new design that aims to embody US President Donald Trump’s vision for a phone tailored for patriots, and it looks quite familiar.
The carrier-turned-phone manufacturer, led by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, is now promoting the Galaxy S25 Ultra as the flagship model for its forthcoming T1 mobile phone. A new image was shared on Trump Mobile’s official X account recently, highlighting its “gold finish” and “big power.”
While the design clearly features a Galaxy S25 Ultra — rather than the iPhone 16 Pro that the brand showcased just days earlier.
The graphic displays a prominent “T1” logo alongside an American flag seemingly engraved into the golden surface, and there’s even a cutout for the S Pen (or should I refer to it as the T Pen?). But, hold on, we haven’t reached the most embarrassing part yet.
Even though there’s no Samsung logo on the device, another logo can be seen just beneath the American flag, and this one belongs to the well-known case manufacturer Spigen.

This situation implies that the designers may have taken the graphics from Spigen’s product catalog and applied a golden color filter along with those personalized elements, without bothering to remove Spigen’s logo.
This fact has been widely discussed in the comments and community notes. Spigen’s official account has also reacted to the original post, responding in typical social media fashion.
In a separate report, Spigen has indicated its intention to pursue legal action against the company. However, it remains uncertain how suing an entity associated with the US President would unfold for Spigen.
