Iyanya Announces U.S. Tour Ahead of Fifth Studio Album

Afrobeats star Iyanya Mbuk, popularly known as Iyanya, is gearing up for a major comeback with the release of his fifth studio album and a multi-city tour across the United States.

The Kukere hitmaker announced via Instagram that the album will drop on September 12, 2025, followed by the “IYANYA: The Forester’s Son Tour”, which will run through October and November.

The tour will kick off in Brooklyn, New York, and make stops in Boston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, Denver, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, and North Carolina, marking Iyanya’s first American tour since 2019.

“Album arrives Sept 12, hit the road Oct & Nov, United States, here we come,” he wrote.

The tour is expected to showcase Iyanya’s evolution as an artist, blending his signature Afrobeats sound with new influences. Industry insiders say the upcoming shows will be his most ambitious live performances to date, with surprise guest appearances and immersive stage design.

Iyanya’s last album, Once Upon a Cat, released in 2024, was well received by fans and critics alike, and the upcoming project is already generating buzz across social media.
