The Rivers State NOA Director stated that the Agency was, however, ready to collaborate with any agency of government, including RSIEC, if properly informed and engaged to ensure mass participation of the people exercising their franchise.

Dr. Banigo also called on Rivers electorates to ensure they exercise their franchise at every given opportunity, adding that the courts were there to handle any dispute that might arise from elections conducted in the state and across the country.
