Musawa Congratulates Super Falcons on Historic WAFCON Victory

According to the recent report, it is confirmed that the Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism, and the Creative Economy, Barrister Hannatu Musa Musawa, has extended her sincere congratulations to the Super Falcons of Nigeria.

The report has it that the women’s national football team staged a remarkable comeback from a two-goal deficit in the first half to clinch a 3-2 victory over Morocco in the final of the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).

This thrilling triumph marks Nigeria’s record-extending 10th WAFCON title and highlights the team’s extraordinary skill, determination, and unwavering commitment.

Minister Musawa, who observed the match live alongside the Minister of Women Affairs, Hajiya Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, and the Minister of State for Finance, Doris Nkiruka Uzoka-Anite, commended the team’s resilience and offensive prowess, which allowed the Super Falcons to achieve an impressive comeback after trailing 2-0 at halftime.
