The head coach of the home-based Super Eagles, Éric Chelle, has conveyed his confidence in the squad’s preparation and praised Zanzibar’s playing style in anticipation of their friendly match on Monday.

“Regarding our preparation, we commenced two weeks ago with an initial camp in Ikenne, close to Lagos,” Chelle stated. “We have worked extensively—physically, tactically, and technically. Currently, we are continuing our preparation here in Zanzibar.”

Chelle expressed gratitude to the hosts for their warm welcome, saying, “Thank you for your hospitality once again. I truly appreciate it.”
