Nigerian Comedian Graduates with Physics Degree from UNIPORT

Popular Nigerian comedian Daniel Chukwuebuka, known professionally as Wonder D Talk, has officially graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Port Harcourt. The confirmation comes from the university’s registrar office and the graduate’s own social media announcement.

Our correspondent, who was present at the Convocation Ceremony today, confirmed that Wonder D Talk successfully completed the Physics program and was among graduates honored at the July 25 convocation ceremony.

Wonder D Talk shared the news himself through his verified Instagram account @WonderDTalk, posting photos in graduation regalia with the caption: “After years of balancing lectures and content creation, I’m proud to join UNIPORT’s Physics graduates. This is for everyone chasing education and their dreams simultaneously.”

The convocation ceremony program obtained by our newsroom lists “Chukwuebuka, Daniel” among graduates from the Faculty of Physical Sciences for the 2022/2023 academic session. University officials noted the entertainer maintained consistent academic participation despite his growing comedy career.

Fellow entertainers including Nollywood actor Charles Inojie publicly congratulated the graduate through verified social media accounts. “Proof that talent and education can coexist,” Inojie tweeted from his handle @CharlesInojie.

The Rivers State-born content creator first gained popularity through comedy skits depicting everyday Nigerian experiences. His academic accomplishment has drawn particular attention in his home region, where education advocates highlight it as an inspirational example.
