Nigerian Police Frowns At Angela Okorie’s Video

The Nigeria Police Force has issued a strong condemnation of the conduct displayed by armed officers in a viral video, where they were seen trailing Nollywood actress Angela Okorie while she jogged. The incident, which has sparked widespread public concern and criticism, is deemed inconsistent with the professional standards and decorum expected of police personnel.

In a statement released by Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, the Nigeria Police Force clarified that it is yet to be determined whether the scene was part of a scripted movie production. Regardless, the officers’ actions in the video fall short of the Force’s expectations for professionalism.
