Osimhen receives a fresh gigantic offer of N287 billion from Al-Hilal

Al-Hilal has made a significant offer for Victor Osimhen as Galatasaray becomes increasingly anxious due to stalled transfer negotiations for the Napoli striker.

Al-Hilal has reportedly enhanced their already impressive contract proposal for Napoli’s Victor Osimhen, following the Nigerian international’s rejection of their initial offer.

Osimhen, who is anticipated to be sold by Napoli this summer, has a release clause set at €75m, applicable for teams outside of Serie A during this transfer window. Currently, Al-Hilal from the Saudi Pro League is the only non-Italian club willing to pay the release clause in its entirety.

Recent reports indicate that Al-Hilal, now under the management of former Inter coach Simone Inzaghi, had initially offered Osimhen €30m annually to leave Napoli this summer, an offer that the 26-year-old ultimately declined.

However, Al-Hilal has not abandoned their pursuit of the Nigerian striker, and the Italian news outlet Corriere dello Sport has reported that they are now ready to propose €40m per season in wages.

The report also stated that Al-Hilal’s offer includes a three-year contract with an option for an additional year, which would allow the former Galatasaray loanee to earn an astonishing €160m (approximately ₦287,149,526,761.31).

Al-Hilal has been active in the Serie A transfer market and is also nearing an agreement with Milan left-back Theo Hernandez, who is reportedly on the verge of accepting a €20m-per-season contract from the Saudi giants.

The future of the Nigerian international remains uncertain. Although he previously rejected Al-Hilal’s initial overture, the club has resumed discussions. Napoli is keen to finalise a sale to support their summer rebuilding efforts and to decrease their wage expenses.

Meanwhile, Galatasaray, which claims to have an agreement with Gli Azzurri, is becoming increasingly frustrated with the delays, as their own plans depend on the striker’s decision.
