My Outfit To The GMA Cost 7.2 Million-Port Harcourt Artist

Gthree Mayami is a talented singer, songwriter, and performing artist hailing from the vibrant city of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. With a distinctive sound and music style that blends Afropop and Afro-fusion elements, Mayami has carved out a unique niche for himself in the music industry.

Mayami’s rise to prominence has been swift and impressive, with a string of successful releases that have resonated with fans across Nigeria and beyond. His music is characterized by its uplifting and motivational themes, earning him a reputation as a purveyor of “street motivation” anthems. Hits like “Motivate”, “Alert”, and “Me and My Guys” have become staples of his discography, inspiring listeners with their infectious energy and positivity.

Mayami’s most recent project, “MAYAMI OF PORT HARCOURT”, marked a significant milestone in his career, featuring collaborations with fellow Nigerian artists Omah Lay and 1da Banton. The EP’s success catapulted Mayami into the spotlight, solidifying his position as one of Nigeria’s most exciting new voices.

Currently signed to NO LIMIT MUSIC, Mayami is poised to take his music to even greater heights, leveraging the label’s resources and expertise to reach a wider audience and further establish himself as a major force in African music.

Attending the Galaxy Music Awards  was an honor for Gthree Mayami, and he made sure to step out in style. His outfit, styled by the incredible Kelsey Wokoma, cost a total of $3,500, and his shoes, courtesy of Prince Sunday Achase, were $1,200—all paid in BTC, with receipts to prove it.

Ironically, some of those who attended the event on free tickets felt entitled to criticize Mayami’s fashion choices. However, as Mayami notes, it’s always easy to judge from the sidelines, but true style is an investment—one that speaks for itself. Mayami’s confidence and sense of style shone through, proving that his investment in his outfit was well worth it.

Gthree Mayami Lost in his nominated category “Best Street song” to Kaestyle king who he claimed is a talented Port-harcourt artist.
