Wigwe’s Father Allegedly Takes Granddaughter to Court Over Properties

A year after the tragic passing of Dr. Herbert Wigwe, a renowned billionaire and former Group Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings Plc, his family is embroiled in a bitter dispute over his estate. The conflict pits Wigwe’s father, siblings, and cousins against his children, with the family seeking to alter the late banker’s will and potentially disinherit his kids.

At the center of this dispute is a shocking lawsuit filed by Wigwe’s 90-year-old father, Pastor Shyngle Wigwe, against his 26-year-old granddaughter, Otutochi Channel Wigwe. This move has raised questions about the family’s intentions and the welfare of Wigwe’s children.

The family’s actions have been met with skepticism, particularly given their initial denial of allegations that they were attempting to alter Wigwe’s will. However, a legal challenge surfaced online, filed by Christian Chukwuka Wigwe, who claims to be a cousin acting on behalf of Pastor Shyngle Wigwe, contesting the will’s validity.

This disturbing family feud has sparked concerns about the greed and envy driving the family’s actions. Many are questioning the motives of Pastor Shyngle Wigwe and his cohort, who seem determined to disinherit Wigwe’s children despite their own advanced age and the children’s vulnerability.

The controversy surrounding the dispute over Dr. Herbert Wigwe’s estate took a dramatic turn when the family was forced to publicly retract their earlier denials. Initially, they had vehemently denied allegations of attempting to alter the late banker’s will and disinherit his children. However, when confronted with evidence of their actions, the family shifted their narrative, claiming that they had withdrawn the suit and were only concerned with the welfare of the children.

However, a shocking revelation emerged when recent court documents exposed the family’s deception. Contrary to their claims, the family had not withdrawn the case, and instead, had proceeded to name Dr. Wigwe’s young daughter, Otutochi Channel Wigwe, in a lawsuit alongside Uche Wigwe and Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede. This disturbing development has raised further questions about the family’s true intentions and their commitment to the welfare of Dr. Wigwe’s children.

The family’s actions have been widely criticized, with many expressing outrage at their apparent dishonesty and greed. The lawsuit has sparked concerns about the vulnerability of Dr. Wigwe’s children and the need for protection from those who seek to exploit them for personal gain. As the case continues to unfold, it remains to be seen how the court will address the family’s actions and ensure that justice is served.
