Nollywood Actress Ruby Ojiakor Announces Engagement to Moc Madu

Nollywood actress Ruby Ojiakor has joyfully announced her engagement to fellow actor and filmmaker Moc Madu. The couple shared the news through a heartfelt proposal video on Instagram, where Moc led Ruby into a room adorned with red rose petals and balloons, culminating in a “Will you marry me?” sign.

Overwhelmed with emotion, Ruby accepted the proposal, and the two embraced warmly. Expressing her gratitude, Ruby dedicated the moment to God, quoting the Bible in her post. She described Moc as a “God-fearing Odogwu,” her world, and the only man who truly understands her.

She expressed excitement about their future together, stating, “I’m so happy doing this with you, Obim.”Moc Madu, a native of Anambra State, began his acting career in 2015. He holds a degree in Theatre Arts from Imo State University and has featured in notable films such as “Brotherhood,” “Afamefuna,” and “Last Straw.”

In a recent interview, Moc shared that his role as Chike in “Afamefuna” opened new opportunities for him in the industry. Ruby Ojiakor, known for her dynamic roles in Nollywood, has been a prominent figure in the industry, captivating audiences with her performances.

The engagement has been met with an outpouring of congratulations from fans and colleagues alike.This joyous announcement comes amidst past speculations about Ruby’s personal life, including rumors linking her to the late actor Junior Pope, which she had previously debunked. The engagement marks a new chapter for both actors as they embark on their journey toward marriage.
