Port Harcourt, Rivers State– A monumental occasion unfolded in Apara Kingdom as the palace of His Royal Majesty, Chike Worlu Wodo, DSSRS, Eze Oha Apara, and Chairman of the Rivers State Council of Traditional Rulers, was unveiled. 

The event, attended by notable figures from across the state, marked a significant chapter in the history of the Apara Kingdom. In his speech, the Governor of Rivers State expressed his privilege to witness the unveiling, underscoring the importance of the traditional institution and its role in safeguarding cultural heritage. He commended the monarch for his unwavering commitment to fostering peace and progress in the state.

A particular highlight of the event was the presence of His Eminence, Edidem Ekpo Okon Abasi-Otu V, the Obong of Calabar. His presence elevated the occasion and emphasized the significance of inter-kingdom relations.
