A shocking incident occurred at the entrance of a popularly known school in Rukpokwu, Mirror International School, Rukpokwu Port-Harcourt as the wife of the school’s director was kidnapped by armed men. According to eyewitnesses, the incident happened around 10:00 am when the victim was driving to the school. As she approached the school entrance, the kidnappers, who were reportedly armed with guns, blocked her path and threatened her. The victim, fearing for her safety, opened her car door, and the kidnappers dragged her out and took her to their waiting vehicle, which was parked nearby.
Eyewitnesses reported that the kidnappers fired shots into the air to disperse the crowd that had gathered, causing panic and chaos. “It was a terrifying scene,” said one eyewitness. “The kidnappers were armed and seemed to be well-organized.
