A group led by Alhaji Dokubo Asari has said it will remain at the entrance of the Supreme Court until judgment is delivered on the presidential election case involving President Bola Tinubu, PDP presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar and their Labour Party counterpart, Peter Obi.

The group under the aegis of the Niger Delta People’s Salvation Front said this on Monday during the proceedings of the presidential election case at the supreme court.

Coordinator of the group, Boma Ekiyor – Zua told our correspondent that the same way the group followed up the matter during the presidential election petition tribunal, it will ensure that it occupies the supreme court till judgment day.

“We have been following the activities of the court from the tribunal up to the supreme court.

“In line with our resolve, every sitting day, we will come to the Supreme Court to show our solidarity with Tinubu.

“Our essence of coming here is for the due process of the law to be followed and ensure that the court is not intimidated,” Boma said.

In their submissions, Atiku and Obi requested the apex court to set aside the judgments of the presidential election petition tribunal while Tinubu is on the contrary, praying the court to uphold the judgments of the tribunal.

The supreme court however reserved judgments for a yet to be announced date but the court is mandated by law to deliver its judgments on or before November this year.
