The whereabouts of Boma Cason Agidah, the Labour Party candidate for the March 18 House of Assembly election in Rivers State are still unknown.
The Labour Party candidate got missing on Tuesday, a few hours after his campaign rally in Ahoada West Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Narrating the incident to our correspondent, the victim’s campaign director, Godspower Odiadi said, “we went together for a campaign rally on Tuesday.
“At the end of the rally at about 8 pm, our Labour Party candidate went to his hotel after giving us some money for refreshments and logistics and we all went back to our respective communities in Ahoada West.
“Around 11 pm same Tuesday, his driver called me and said our Labour Party candidate was nowhere to be found.
“That he sent him (the driver) on an errand and as the driver returns to the hotel, the candidate was not found in his hotel room.
“The driver said he asked the hotel management of our candidate’s whereabouts and they said our candidate gave them the keys to his hotel room and said he wants to stroll out but has not returned since he went out.”
Odiadi also said since on Tuesday he last saw the candidate, nothing has been said or heard about his whereabouts.
