Go Round FC will resume preparations for the 2022/ 23 season from Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at the Krisdera Hotel Stadium, in Omoku, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State.

The General Manager of Fo Round fc, Dr. Soni Uboh hinted that the club will begin preparations for the new season with the screening of players in a bid to discover talent who may be playing non-league football.

He said the screening of players is the first phase of the team’s preparations for the league.

Soni Uboh noted that exceptional players will be given the nod to feature for the club during the 2022/23 NNL football season.

“It has been our style for some time now to start with young players who may not have had the privilege of playing in the big leagues. Our first phase is always like this and this year is no different,” Uboh said.

“The players are expected to arrive from Wednesday and train under the watchful of our coaching crew, led by Ngozi Elechi.”

With no date fixed yet for the start of the Nigeria National League, NNL, the General Manager of the Club Dr. Soni Uboh added that the club always wants to start on time so as not to be taken unawares when a date is fixed.

You could recall that Bendel Insurance FC of Benin was crowned champions of the Nigeria National League NNL following a 2-1 win over Doma United during the Super 4 tournament in Bayelsa State.
