My picture mistaken for Tinubu in aired documentaries – Donald Duke

Former governor of Cross River State Donald Duke has issued a disclaimer over a photo mistaking him for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu.

In the documentaries reportedly aired on TVC, the news channel depicted the young Duke as Tinubu.

Reacting to the development, Duke, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), said that the photo in the documentaries about the APC presidential candidate was of himself (Duke) when he was 12 years old.

He said, “The picture of the boy used as Bola Tinubu in all the documentaries is me. I am the boy in the picture, not Tinubu as they claimed in their documentaries. That photo was taken when I was 12 years old during my school years at the Federal Government College Sokoto, in Sokoto state.”

Meanwhile, the APC presidential campaign council is yet to respond to the claim.
