Wizkid, others lose at Grammy Awards 2022 (full list)

Nigeria’s big artists Wizkid, Femi and Made Kuti have lost out at the 64th edition of the Grammy Awards, 2022.

The Grammy awards ceremony, which was held on Sunday at the MGM Arena in Las Vegas had some surprises as Wizkid, Femi Kuti and Made Kuti, nominated in some major categories including the Best Global Music Performance and Best Global Music Album lost out.

However, Beninese legend, Angelique Kidjo’s “Mother Nature” album swept out others in the category to win the Best Global Music Album, previously won by Burna Boy at the 63rd Grammy Awards with his third studio album, Twice As Tall.
