Don’t vote PDP or APC in 2023, apex group warns Eleme people

Brave Dickson

The apex socio-cultural organisation of Eleme people (Ola Obor Eleme) has warned the people of Eleme Local Government Area of Rivers State not to vote the Peoples Democratic Party or the All Progressives Congress in the 2023 elections.

The apex group listed the sins of the two main political parties as saying that:
1) The politicians of the two parties are only interested in using the people’s mandate to advance their personal interests.
2) Over the years, the two parties have used political powers to terrorize the people of Eleme.
3) The two patties’ self-centred leadership is responsible for the insecurity in Eleme.
4) The two parties have done nothing to reduce the growing unemployment in Eleme etc.

Speaking with our correspondent, the President-General of the apex group, Israel Abbey said, “it is time for our people to know that PDP and APC have nothing good to offer Eleme people.

“It will be a big mistake to vote for these two parties in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.”

The president-general of the apex group also urged the people of Eleme to use their votes to stand firm against the victory of PDP and APC in the 2023 general elections.
