Rivers, Lagos lead 14 states as COVID-19 cases surge

The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 828 new cases of COVID-19 in fourteen states, including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

The health agency made the disclosure on Sunday via a post on its verified Facebook handle, with Rivers and Lagos states leading in the number of confirmed infections.
