A student has drowned while swimming at the sports complex of the University of Portharcourt, Choba.
The student whose identity is yet to be ascertained drowned on Sunday afternoon at the Swimming pool located in the Abuja campus of the institution.
TPCN gathered that the corpse has been deposited at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital as at the time of filing this report.
Earlier in February, a 200 level student in the department of computer science died following a head injury sustained while diving into the shallow pit of the pool.
