Two persons were feared dead at the early hours of Sunday morning in Ka-Bori, Khana local government area of Rivers state when unknown gunmen raided the community and shot sporadically.
In a telephone interview with the President of Bori youths Congress, BEESORLE Twice, he said that that unknown gun men invaded Bori and shot sporadically, destroying Tricycles and vehicles.
He said they shot at innocent persons, leaving two dead and a lady with bullet injury.
Beesor while mourning the bereaved, said it was a deliberate attempt to destabilize the peace in Bori and Ogoni land at large as they were not challenged by the security agencies.
When contacted, the spokesperson for the Rivers state police command, SP NNAMDI Omoni, said he was yet to be briefed on the development.
