IYC shuts down NDDC headquarters

The East wing of Ijaw Youth Council, IYC has shut down operations of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC. The West wing also blocked the East-West road.

IYC is demanding the removal of the sole administration in NDDC and the Constitution of a legally all-inclusive administrative board to represent all states in the Niger Delta
