A popular Master of Ceremony at the Mile 1 Diobu area of Port Harcourt has be shot dead as cult clashes in the area continue unabated.
Real name Kelvin Uzoma but popularly known as MC Federal Government, he was killed in a front of a supermarket on Sunday in what friends say was a mistaken identity.
Uzoma became popular in the area for anchoring shows and other events. Tributes have continued to pour out for him on social media since the news of his death became public.
Meanwhile, suspected cultists also shot a man at the railway area of Sangana Street in Diobu.
Sources in the area who spoke on the conditions of anonymity told theportcitynews that his body was discovered early on Tuesday morning.
They said that police officers from the Mile 1 police station were called-in to evacuate the corpse.
Recall that last week, cultists shot three persons dead at the same street, while several others escaped with bullet wounds.
