Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, a female disc jockey, popularly and professionally known as DJ Cuppy, has withdrawn the lawsuit against Israel DMW following his public apology on social media.
Cuppy disclosed that she has also instructed her lawyers to do likewise in a post making rounds on Instagram.
She further said that Isreal’s case should serve as a deterrent to all social media users adding that one should have a valid fact before speaking on matters.
She wrote: Update: Following the public apology of Isreal Afeare, I have decided to no longer proceed with the lawsuit and have instructed my lawyers accordingly. As social media users, I hope we can all learn from this and ensure we have valid facts before speaking on matters.
