Healthy eating is one of the most reliable ways to lose weight. Protein is the single most important nutrient for weight loss and a better-looking body. A healthy protein intake boosts metabolism, reduces appetite and changes several weight-regulating hormones.

Adding too much oil to your meal

Certain types of Fibre may promote weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and fight constipation. High Fibre foods like fruits and vegetables tend to be lower in calories. The presence of Fiber in the body can slow digestion in the stomach to help you feel fuller for a longer time.

Eating too much-processed sugar

Most packaged foods and drinks are laden with processed sugar. Such foods include; ice cream, pastries and soda, all of which tend to be heavily processed.
