Breaking: Court acquits David West’s co-defendant

Nimi ThankGod, the second defendant in the murder trial of the suspected serial killer, David Gracious West, has been discharged and acquitted.

ThankGod was the manager of a hotel located at Bende Street, Port Harcourt Township where West was said to have killed one Benita Etim.

She was accused of disposing off Etim’s body in a polythene bag along Aggrey Road, in Port Harcourt.

She pleaded not guilty to crime when she was arraigned in September 2019.

Justice Adolphus Enebeli found her not guilty of the crime and discharged and acquitted her.
