Ize-Iyamu loses LGA to Obaseki

Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Saturday’s governorship election in Edo State has lost his local government area to his main opponent, Godwin Obaseki, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

In Orhionmwon LGA where the APC candidate hails from, Obaseki scored 13,445 votes to defeat Ize-Iyamu who polled 10,458 votes.
