A total of 15 persons have been arrested by security personnel for violating the lockdown order of the Rivers State Government.
The lockdown announced on Monday, took effect on Thursday with public outcry.
Security personnel arrested 15 persons at the Obiri Ikwerre bridge in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area for violating the nọ-movement lockdown.
The police, however, said those arrested would be arraigned in court.
