Court suspends Oshiomhole as APC chairman

An FCT high court has ordered the restraining of Comrade Adams Oshomole from parading himself as the National Chairman of the ruling, All Progressives Congress, APC.

Vanguard reports that by the ruling, the former Labor Leader and Governor of Edo State seizes to be the chairman, pending the outcome of various legal battles.

Hon. Justice Senchi Z. Danlami, who delivered the ruling, gave an order of interlocutory injunction restraining Comrade Adams Oshiomhole from parading himself as the National Chairman of the APC, pending the hearing and determination of the substance suite.
