Video: ‘Professor Lale needs psychiatric evaluation’ – Professor Efemini

A professor of philosophy of development at the University of Port Harcourt, Andrew Efemini has said the University’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ndowa S Lale, needs a psychiatric evaluation to review his mental stability.

Professor Efemini was reacting to his arraignment in absentia before a magistrate court sitting in Choba, Obio-Akpor Local Government Area for allegedly stealing slabs and three buckets of chippings to repair his official residence at the University.
