Luck was said to have run out of a 22-yr old Lucky Osie when he allegedly attempted to snatch another car within the Rivers State Secretariat Complex after he was accused of successfully snatching a Toyota Camry car valued at N700, 000
The defendant who was said to have stolen the car sometime in July this year with others now at large pleaded not guilty in court when his matter came up before Senior Magistrate, Nneka Obuzor
However, the defendant was granted bail with the sum of one million naira with one surety in like sum before the case was adjourned till Nov 25, 2019.

The three-count charges brought before the court by the Rivers State Commissioner of Police against the defendant are punishable under sections 516(a), 390(9) and 509 of the Criminal Code, Cap 37, Vol 11, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 1999.
According to the charge sheet,” that you Lucky Osie ‘m’ and others now at large on the 10th day of September 2019 at the Rivers State, Secretariat, Port Harcourt did conspire amongst yourselves to commit felony to wit: Stealing and thereby committed an offence.
“That you and others now at large in the month of July 2019 and the same place did steal one Toyota Camry car valued the sum of N700,000 only, the property of one Precious Oyet ‘m’ and thereby committed an offence.
“That you on the 10th day of September 2019 did attempt to commit a felony by trying to steal one Toyota Camry car value the sum of N800,000 only, the property of one Bisco George ‘m’ and thereby committed an offence.”
