The Nigeria Football Coaches Association Rivers State Chapter has congratulated the Management, Coaches, Backroom Staff, Players and Supporters of Rivers Angels Football Club of Port Harcourt on their recent victory at the just concluded Super 4.
The Jewels of Rivers on Sunday 3rd November 2019 at the Agege Stadium in Lagos State overcame Confluence Queens of Lokoja by a goal to nil to lift 2019 Super 4 trophy and be crowned league champions.
The Nigeria Football Coaches Association Rivers State Chapter in a statement signed by its chairman Coach Stanley Eguma released by its Secretary Raphael Akunna described Rivers Angels’ victory as well-deserved.

The statement also commended the coaching crew of Rivers Angels which include Coach Edwin Okon, Regina Akaureye, Rita Nwadike, Chinwe Anwuri and Lucky Atu for a job well done.
The coaches described the team as a worthy ambassador of Rivers State.
Rivers Angels clinched the 3 million Naira winner prize money and also a trip to Spain courtesy of the NFF/La-Liga partnership.
Meanwhile, the victorious Rivers Angels FC has arrived Port Harcourt from Lagos.
The team returned back on Monday one day after lifting the Nigeria Women’s Football League title in Lagos.
