Kelechi Kas

A visionary and advocacy group for good Governance and Social justice in Egbema kingdom in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State, known as Egbema Massive Movement, E.M.M., has called on Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike to complete of the Abandoned OMOKU/EGBEMA DUAL CARRIAGEWAY PROJECT flagged of since December 20th, 2017.

Speaking to journalists, leader of the group, Comrade I.E.Kelly Rufus called on the governor to attend to the plights of the ONELGA people in the state by Completing the Abandoned Omoku_Egbema dual carriageway project spanning 21.7km.

Comrade Kelly Rufus described the current state of the OMOKU_EGBEMA dual carriageway project as unexpected, considering the constant and continual support the people of ONELGA has showered on the Governor Wike’s PDP-led Government Since 2015 till date.

Rufus, however, expressed dissatisfaction with the recently released lists of completed projects to be commissioned by Wike to mark the 100 Days in-office celebration of His Second term, wondering why no single projects in Onelga made a list.

“Not even the over hyped construction of the Omoku Egbema dual carriageway project flagged off since December 2017”. he said.

He, therefore, called on Wike to call on ( DARYCET INTERNATIONAL LIMITED) Contractor in-charge of the Abandoned OMOKU/EGBEMA dual carriageway project back to site for the completion of the road, stating that the Abandoned road remains a Deathtrap to road users.
