Ameahule calls for peace in Obio-Akpor

The Majority leader of the Rivers State House of Assembly, MARTIN AMEAHULE has advised youths in his constituency to always maintain the existing peace in Obio/ Akpor constituency one to enhance a better society in the state.

MARTIN AMEAHULE who is the lawmaker representing Obio/Akpor constituency one gave the advice during the commissioning and handing over of his constituency projects in the state.

The Majority leader called on the people of his constituency to ensure they make judicious use of the projects without violence and rancor in their various communities.

The Federal lawmaker representing Obio/Akpor constituency in the house of representatives, KINGSLEY CHINDA who commissioned parts of the projects called on other public office holders to emulate the development to improve the dividend of democracy in the state.

Meanwhile, some of the beneficiaries of the constituency projects who expressed pleasure over the projects said it will improve the livelihood of the people in the area.

Correspondent Femi Ogunkilede reports that the commissioned constituency projects include, Rumuodunwere Civic centre, Rumurolu Modern Market, Eliogbolo Civic Center and Oroigwe Civic Center.
