IPMAN downs tools in Port Harcourt over lack of AGO, DPK

Tina Amanda

Independent Petroleum Marketers Association IPMAN Rivers State branch has down tooled its activities as a result of non-availability of AGO, DPK products know as (kerosene) and (Diesel).

IPMAN Chairman Emmanuel Inimgba, who disclosed this to our reporter Tina Stephen in a telephone interview, said in the past two years, Marketers in the state have been loading only premium motor spirit PMS.

According to him, NNPC has refused to supply AGO and Diesel to major Marketers but prefers to provide to private depots which sell above government approved price.

He stressed further that at this point, NNPC would not continue to import PMS product without considering AGO and Diesel products.
