Counsel to PDP, Godwin Obla, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria had tendered the exhibits to prove their case.

Lead judge of the Tribunal, Justice Kingsley Orjiako ordered the lawyers in the matter to file in their written addresses for adoption and adjourned to September 16th.

Speaking to our reporter Tina Amanda, Counsel to PDP Godwin Obla, said they are satisfied to have met all the requirements of the law in the matter.

“We tendered a total of three hundred and fifty-six exhibits in support of our case; we feel satisfied that the requirement of the law required of us has been fully met and that is why we decided to close our case today.”

Also speaking, counsel to ADP said the order they obtain from the tribunal to inspect the said document was not granted by INEC.

“It was a tough task for us to look at the said document, but somehow I looked into it and observed some irregularities which I would make very obvious during my final address.”
