A school has been donated to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Rivers State.
The Resident Electoral Commissioner of INEC in Rivers State, Obo Effanga, on Tuesday, donated a creche to the commission.
In a tweet, the REC wrote: “Today, as part of my 50th birthday thanksgiving, I handed over a creche to @inecnigeria Rivers State Office”.
