Pastor arrested for impregnating 4 church members in Port Harcourt

The spiritual director of Divine Inheritance Church in Port Harcourt has been detained for allegedly impregnating four members of his church.

The spiritual director simply identified as Jame Igbobe was docked by officers in the early hours of Wednesday following a complaint filed by the father of one of his victims who is said to be underaged.

The married father of three is accused of brainwashing the victim into sharing a bed with him with a promise to help her gain admission into the University, TPCN learnt.

But that was the tip of the iceberg as three other church members have come to accuse the pastor of being responsible for their pregnancies.

The ladies said attempts to make the pastor take responsibility for his deeds were not yielding as he denied being responsible for their pregnancies.

Authorities said they are looking into the claims that one of the victims is underaged.

TPCN learnt that the arrest has caused ripples at the church with church members expressing shock over the development.
