The Senator representing Rivers South East senatorial district, Senator Magnus Abe is to know his fate today as the Supreme Court is set to deliver judgement on a suit filled by Senator Abe and 42 others seeking to be declared candidates of the All Progressives Congress.
You would recall that the suit which was struck out by the Appeal Court for lack of merit had been appealed by Abe at the Supreme Court of which hearing was delayed due to a petition by the minister of Transportation to the NJC asking that the paned be changed.
The Supreme Court is however going to hear the suit today 14th March, 2019 and to determine the political fate of Senator Abe as it has to do with the 2019 political year.
