Evans Bipi has been announced as the winner of the Ogu/Bolo Rivers State House of Assembly Constituency seat.
The Returning Officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for the Local Government Area, Mr Walter Cornelius said Mr Bipi won the election with 16850 votes.
This declaration comes hours after the commission announced that it will suspend the collation of the gubernatorial results following violent showdown between soldiers and police officers at its headquarters in Port Harcourt.
