A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja this morning declared George Ogara the validly nominated governorship candidate of APC in Enugu State and granted an order of perpetual injunction restraining INEC from accepting or receiving any other name, not being the name of George Ogara, having scored the highest votes cast in the direct primary election held on 4/10/2018.
The court disqualified Senator Ayogu Eze from the race.
