We’re still studying High Court ruling – APC

The national leadership of the All Progressives Congress has said it is still studying the judgement of the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, which nullified the primaries conducted in the state.

The Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt ruled on Monday that for refusing to obey court orders, the APC is not qualified to field candidates for the Governorship, Senate, House of Representatives and House of Assembly elections.

The APC National Publicity Secretary, Lanre Issa-Onilu, said in message on Monday that: “We have received the news of the judgement of the Federal High Court regarding our candidates in Rivers State.

“We are currently studying the decision of the court.

“We will make our position public in due course.”
