Two headless bodies have been discovered this morning in Choba town in Obio Akpor local government area of Rivers State.
It was gathered that the headless bodies were discovered in a farm at Owhipa in Choba while the heads were dumped at the popular SDA junction.
Locals say the killings are cult-related while the development has caused panic within the communities.
Choba has seen a spike in cult-related killings recently with the murder of a level 300 student of the University Of Port Harcourt in May.
However, they called on security operatives to unravel the mystery behind the dastard act.
As at the time of filing this report, the owners of the bodies are yet to be identified. Security agents have not arrived the scene to evacuate the bodies.
