”Wrestling festival is an age-long activity. Ikwerre has been known for wrestling, it’s one of their traditional culture that they normally do every year. Since the days of our fathers, we have been doing this and we believe that we need to transfer the tradition to the next generation. We are inviting the general public to come and witness the wrestling festival. It’s very interesting, you need to see the younuoug men facing one another in the wrestling field” he said.
