Breaking News! Senator Magnus Abe’s Supporters Set For Mega Protest

Following the pronouncement by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress, supporters and followers of Senator Magnus Abe are set to protest what they described as an “unjust announcement” against Senator Magnus Abe.

The NWC of the All Progressives Congress, on Thursday, recognised the candidacy of Arch Tonye Dele Cole, the preferred candidate of the minister of Transportation, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, as the authentic gubernatorial flag bearer of the party following series of parallel primaries.

The planned protest is slated to hold on Saturday 6th October, 2018 at the traditional headquarters of Ogoni land, Bori by 10am.

Speaking to our correspondent, one of the supporters said they believe there is someone making efforts for Senator Magnus Abe not to get the party’s ticket due to personal and Ill-conceived intentions.

He further said they are resolved in ensuring that the right thing is done and they will follow the path of their principal, Senator Abe, who is determined not to leave the party.
