The Rivers State Police Command has assured the public of adequate security as the country marks its 58th Independence anniversary tomorrow.
The State Commissioner of Police, Zaki Ahmed stated this to newsmen while parading suspects caught for committing various crimes.
The state police boss said the command had rescued two stolen babies and vehicles from some of the suspects who are now helping the police to arrest others now at large.
Our correspondent reports that the command also recovered 12 assorted arms while insisting that the suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
